Most of the programs are at the State and Local level, however, there are Federal websties available to help you find a prorgram in your area.

  •  Office For Victims of Crime administers the Crime Victims Fund, which is financed by fines and penalties paid by convicted federal offenders, not from tax dollars.  OVC is committed to enhancing the Nation’s capacity to assist crime victims and to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime.   •  National Center for Victims of Crime - the leading resource and advocacy organization for crime victims and those who serve them.  Their mission is to forge a national commitment to help victims of crime rebuild their lives. (NCVC)
  •  National Association of Crime Victim Compensation Boards -The mission of the National Association of Crime Victim Compensation Boards is to provide leadership, professional development, and collaborative opportunities to their members to strengthen. (NACVB)
